Job :
As part of a major international industrial project, we are looking for an experienced and perfectly English-speaking finance profile for one of our clients to support the Administrative and Financial Department (DAF) on administrative and financial project matters, especially during its launch phase.
Main tasks:
As a Project Finance Pilot, you will act as a real interface between the DAF and the project teams:
- Collect, structure, and transmit the necessary information to the DAF
- Represent the DAF and communicate its objectives to the project teams
- Manage financial and administrative matters related to CAPEX investments
- Coordinate and lead operational, logistical, and financial teams in a cross-functional manner
- Ensure the administrative and regulatory compliance of procurement processes (P2P)
- Oversee grant files, in coordination with suppliers and internal teams
- Manage the administrative and financial relationship with a major international industrial client
- Perform any other financial work related to the project
Required profile :
- Higher education in Finance / Management
Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management / cross-functional management
- Experience in a large international industrial company
- Experience in multi-country environments with international clients and suppliers
- Knowledge of an ERP system like SAP
