Join our dynamic call center based in Casablanca. As a Customer Service Representative (H/F), your role will be essential in managing incoming calls and maintaining first-class customer relationships.




Your main goal will be to ensure a positive and efficient customer experience, responding professionally and courteously to every request. You will actively contribute to the satisfaction and loyalty of our customers.




Your responsibilities will include:





  • Receiving and processing incoming calls with diligence and professionalism.

  • Providing accurate and complete information to customers.

  • Managing customer requests, complaints, and specific needs.

  • Meticulously recording interactions in our CRM system.

  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.

  • Participating in the continuous improvement of customer service processes.



Required profile :

To excel in this role, a Bac +2 level of education is required. Training in call center, commercial, sales, or export professions would be a major asset.




Professional experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar role within a call center is desired. This experience will allow you to quickly understand our challenges and develop skills in our tools and procedures.




Key skills for success include:





  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in French.

  • A keen sense of listening and empathy.

  • High level of rigor and organizational skills.

  • Responsiveness and ability to manage pressure.

  • Proficiency in basic computer tools and ease with call center software.

  • A team spirit and a positive attitude are essential.
