Job :

As part of strengthening its field sales teams, Centrale Danone is recruiting Sales Developers to support the growth of its activities.





Reporting to the sales team, you will cover a defined territory and actively contribute to sales performance and customer relationship quality.





Missions





As a Sales Developer, you will be responsible for:






  • Ensuring the development of commercial activity in the assigned territory


  • Guaranteeing a regular and professional presence at points of sale


  • Implementing planned sales and merchandising actions


  • Ensuring daily monitoring of activity and associated indicators


  • Developing and maintaining a lasting and trusting relationship with customers


  • Prospecting for new customers and contributing to portfolio expansion


  • Applying internal procedures and respecting safety rules


  • Ensuring the proper use and preservation of provided equipment


  • Relaying field information and participating in continuous improvement


  • Representing the company in the field and conveying a professional and positive image




Required profile :


Education & Experience






  • Associate's degree (Bac+2) or higher


  • Successful experience of at least 1 year in field sales or pre-sales



Skills






  • Good commercial sense and interpersonal skills


  • Mastery of sales and negotiation techniques


  • Ability to work towards objectives


  • Organization, rigor, and autonomy


  • Ability to track and analyze activity indicators
