As part of strengthening its field sales teams, Centrale Danone is recruiting Sales Developers to support the growth of its activities.
Reporting to the sales team, you will cover a defined territory and actively contribute to sales performance and customer relationship quality.
Missions
As a Sales Developer, you will be responsible for:
Ensuring the development of commercial activity in the assigned territory
Guaranteeing a regular and professional presence at points of sale
Implementing planned sales and merchandising actions
Ensuring daily monitoring of activity and associated indicators
Developing and maintaining a lasting and trusting relationship with customers
Prospecting for new customers and contributing to portfolio expansion
Applying internal procedures and respecting safety rules
Ensuring the proper use and preservation of provided equipment
Relaying field information and participating in continuous improvement
Representing the company in the field and conveying a professional and positive image
Required profile :
Education & Experience
Associate's degree (Bac+2) or higher
Successful experience of at least 1 year in field sales or pre-sales
Skills
Good commercial sense and interpersonal skills
Mastery of sales and negotiation techniques
Ability to work towards objectives
Organization, rigor, and autonomy
Ability to track and analyze activity indicators
