Job :
Ensuring the quality and reliability of client data, the Management Assistant or Private Banking Middle Officer makes sure that client information in the CRM is complete, accurate, and up-to-date. They perform daily consistency checks between different banking systems and reports to effectively support the activities of Senior Bankers in a discretionary management and wealth management environment, and to ensure reliable client information.
Assisting Senior Bankers, the Management Assistant / Middle Officer will be responsible for:
- Assisting Senior Bankers with administrative management and client relationship follow-up
- Participating in the account opening process
- Preparing and tracking regulatory and administrative documentation related to client accounts
- Assisting private bankers in the daily management of client files
- Performing daily reconciliation between the CRM and banking reports, including in particular:
- the verification of the accuracy and completeness of client data in Wize,
- the control of fees charged and paid by clients,
- the verification of displayed performance (portfolios, client reports)
- Identifying, analyzing, and reporting any discrepancies or anomalies, and ensuring their follow-up with the relevant teams
- Reconciling banking operations, including transactions, transfers, and investments
- Assisting Senior Bankers during their travel and client visits
- Actively contributing to the quality, reliability, and continuity of client relationships
Required profile :
- Degree in finance, management, administration, or equivalent field.
Proven experience of at least 3 years, ideally 5 years, in a similar middle office or management assistant role in private banking / discretionary management.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in computer tools (Excel, banking CRM, management software).
- Good knowledge of banking regulations and compliance.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to interact with demanding clients.
- Perfect command of French and English, any other language is an asset.
- Proactivity and ability to work under pressure.
