Our client is hiring a BTP Technical Manager. Based in Agadir, you will lead exciting projects and actively contribute to our success.
Your role will be essential in the technical supervision of our construction sites, ensuring compliance with standards, deadlines, and budgets. You will be committed to optimizing construction processes and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- The technical management and monitoring of BTP works and sites.
The development of schedules and coordination of on-site teams.
The quality control of completed works and compliance with current standards.
The management of relationships with various stakeholders (suppliers, subcontractors, architects).
- Participation in cost optimization and project profitability.
The management of regulatory and administrative aspects related to construction sites.
Required profile :
A degree of Bac +5 or higher in Civil Engineering, Works / Construction / BTP, or an equivalent discipline is expected.
With 5 years of experience in similar roles, you have demonstrated your ability to successfully complete complex construction projects.
You have solid expertise in BTP site management, as well as an excellent understanding of the technical and regulatory aspects of the sector. Your team management skills, your sense of organization, and your rigor will be major assets. The ability to make quick and effective decisions is also essential.
