Recruitment Officer
As part of strengthening our team, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated Recruitment Officer.
Main tasks:
Identify recruitment needs
Write and post job offers
Source and pre-select candidates
Conduct recruitment interviews
Follow up on applications and onboard new hires
Profile sought:
Training in Human Resources or equivalent
Experience desired in recruitment
Good communication and organization skills
Proficiency in recruitment tools

Required profile :
For this position, a Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) is required.
Professional experience of 1 to 5 years in a similar role is expected.
A degree in HR / Personnel / Training will be a major asset. Skills sought include excellent listening ability, a keen sense of analysis, interpersonal skills, and perfect command of recruitment techniques. Knowledge of the transport sector is a plus.
