Job :
As an Organization Collections Officer, your main tasks will be to secure payments from organizations, optimize the company's cash flow, and maintain strong professional relationships with our partners.
Your responsibilities will include daily portfolio management, including:
- Ensure rigorous follow-up of invoices issued and payments due by public and private organizations.
- Implement proactive collection actions for unpaid bills (phone, letters, emails) in compliance with procedures and deadlines.
- Negotiate payment plans and handle any disputes with paying organizations.
- Regularly and reliably update information systems with collection data.
- Develop and analyze activity reports and key performance indicators related to collections.
- Collaborate closely with accounting teams to ensure optimal management of receivables and improve payment times.
Required profile :
To be considered for this position, you must hold a degree of Bac +3 or Bac +5. Training in Management, Accounting, or Finance.
Significant experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar role, ideally in the healthcare or insurance sector, or with knowledge of collection procedures with organizations, is required.
We are looking for a meticulous, organized person with excellent interpersonal skills. Key skills sought include:
- Mastery of amicable collection techniques and effective follow-up of receivables.
- Excellent knowledge of clinical collections and managing relationships with payers (social security, mutual insurance, private insurance).
- Comfort with IT tools, particularly accounting management software and office tools, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication, listening, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Good stress resistance and the ability to manage complex or sensitive situations professionally.
