Your mission as a B2B Telesales Advisor

As a B2B Telesales Advisor over the phone, you will be responsible for:

Prospecting: Identify and contact SMEs and large accounts, overcoming obstacles to reach decision-makers with a clear, effective, and dynamic approach.
Identifying and creating needs: Analyze prospect setups to propose suitable solutions, being patient and a good listener.
Promoting products and services: Present our offers with enthusiasm and professionalism to enhance the employer brand.
Negotiating and retaining clients: Convert every contact into a sale, build lasting relationships, and develop a strong portfolio.
Collective performance: Actively contribute to process optimization and share your ideas to improve team performance.
