Your mission as a Customer Service Advisor




As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a key role by:




Meeting customer needs: Ensure quality service by answering questions via phone, email, or chat.
Resolving problems: Identify and handle requests or complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
Building customer loyalty: Provide personalized solutions to build customer trust and loyalty.
