Your main mission will be to develop and retain our customer base in the region. You will need to achieve ambitious sales goals while ensuring high-quality customer relationships. You will be responsible for prospecting new clients, negotiating contracts, and managing orders. Your success will be measured by your ability to understand customer needs and offer tailor-made solutions, your skill in building lasting relationships, and your sales performance. Achieving the set revenue targets will be a key part of your evaluation.
On a daily basis, your responsibilities will include:
Active prospecting of new potential clients.
Analysis of customer needs and proposal of suitable solutions.
Negotiation of contracts and sales terms.
Order tracking and delivery.
Customer relationship management, ensuring regular and personalized follow-up.
Regular reporting of your sales activity.
Participation in meetings and training sessions.
You will work closely with internal teams, including logistics and technical departments, to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operations.
Required profile :
To succeed in this role, it is essential to have an education level of Bac +2 (equivalent to a 2-year college degree) minimum, with a specialization in Sales / Commerce / Export or Communication / Advertising / PR. Further training in the automotive sector would be a significant advantage, but is not a mandatory requirement. Your education should have allowed you to develop strong skills in communication, negotiation, and customer relations.
Professional experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar role is desired. However, motivated candidates demonstrating strong sales potential will also be considered. Experience gained in the metalworking / steelmaking sector or a related industry will be a significant asset. Your experience should demonstrate your ability to manage a client portfolio, achieve sales targets, and build strong professional relationships.
