Your Role
- Define and manage the strategy for preparing and migrating Finance data in ERP programs
- Plan and coordinate the Data Preparation workstream (milestones, deliverables, dependencies)
- Implement and manage the workstream governance (RACI, planning, follow-up meetings)
- Supervise the preparation of Finance Master Data (customers, suppliers, chart of accounts, fixed assets, intercompany)
- Manage the preparation of accounting balances and open items
- Manage data conversion cycles and testing phases (UAT)
- Define and apply data quality, control, and validation rules
- Identify, track, and mitigate risks related to data quality and deadlines
- Improve and industrialize data preparation processes (automation, reliability, efficiency)
- Optimize templates and deploy data preparation tools to enhance quality and compliance
- Coordinate local, business, IT, and integrator teams in multi-country environments
- Coach and support the workstream consultants
- Produce clear and concise reporting for steering committees (SteerCo)
- Communicate in a structured and effective manner with stakeholders
- Work in a Finance ERP environment (JDE appreciated)
- Use advanced Excel tools (Power Query appreciated)
- Work in an international context, fluent in English
Your Team
What will be your role in the #TeamDeloitte? You will join our Finance and Transformation teams as a Data Preparation Workstream Manager to manage and secure the preparation and migration of Finance data within digital transformation and ERP implementation programs (SAP, S/4HANA, JDE, etc.), ensuring data quality, reliability, and compliance throughout the project. In this role, you will:
- Define and manage the Data Preparation and Finance data migration strategy,
- Plan and coordinate the Data Preparation workstream (milestones, deliverables, dependencies, priorities),
- Implement and lead the workstream governance (RACI, committees, progress monitoring),
- Supervise the preparation of Finance Master Data (customers, suppliers, intercompany, chart of accounts, fixed assets),
- Manage the preparation of accounting balances and open items for conversion cycles,
- Lead data conversion cycles and testing phases (UAT),
- Define and deploy data quality, control, and validation rules,
- Identify, track, and mitigate risks related to data quality and project deadlines,
- Industrialize and improve data preparation processes (automation, reliability, efficiency),
- Optimize templates and deploy data preparation tools to enhance quality and compliance,
- Coordinate local, business, IT, and integrator teams in multi-country environments,
- Coach and support Workstream consultants,
- Produce clear and structured reporting for steering committees (SteerCo).

Required profile :
Your Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac+5) from an engineering school, business school, or university with a specialization in finance, information systems, or digital transformation,
- 6 to 10 years of experience in Finance transformation and/or ERP implementation projects, ideally in a consulting firm environment,
- Proven experience in data migration / data conversion, including managing test cycles and go-live,
- Exposure to multi-country and multi-entity environments,
- Solid understanding of Finance data: customers, suppliers, chart of accounts, fixed assets, intercompany, balances, and open items,
- Proficiency in data conversion processes and UAT phases,
- Ability to define and structure a data preparation and data governance strategy,
- Experience in industrializing and improving data processes (automation, reliability, efficiency),
- Excellent command of advanced Excel (Power Query appreciated),
- Knowledge of one or more Finance ERP systems (JD Edwards appreciated, SAP / S/4HANA, Oracle...),
- Excellent written and oral communication skills,
- Fluent English essential in an international context.
