Join our dynamic company in the Distribution sector, ideally located in Skhirat. As a Market & Warehouse Quality Officer, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving our quality standards within our logistics and commercial operations.
Your main mission will be to ensure product compliance, optimize storage and order preparation processes, and ensure compliance with current regulations to ensure customer satisfaction and team performance.
Your days will be filled with various stimulating tasks:
- Implement and monitor quality procedures in warehouses.
- Conduct regular audits to assess the compliance of stocks and flows.
- Participate in the analysis of non-conformities and propose corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety rules.
- Collaborate with different departments to continuously improve service quality.
- Manage quality-related documentation.
Required profile :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in Quality / Agribusiness / Agronomy or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of quality approaches and QMS
- Rigor, organizational skills, and analytical thinking
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with field teams
