Job :
- Responsible for product manufacturing.
- Ensures coordination between maintenance, quality, and warehouse departments
- Ensures the organization of the work environment
- Ensures the application of production hygiene and safety rules.
- Ensures the industrial performance of the production unit
- Participates in and ensures the achievement of objectives.
- Ensures the proper application of the hygiene program.
- Ensures the application of quality processes according to current standards.
- Contributes to the optimization of production costs.
- Human resources management
- Organizes and leads daily performance meetings for their unit.
- Respect and promote the risk management policy;
- Respect and enforce QHSSE requirements as well as those related to food safety, and those mentioned in internal procedures and instructions.
Required profile :
With a state engineering degree from a top engineering school, you have successful experience of at least 3 to 5 years in a production role, ideally in the agri-food or industrial sector.
