Job :


Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will manage and monitor your activity to achieve quantitative and qualitative results, satisfy customers, distributors, and service providers by actively contributing to the achievement of the goals and objectives of AXA Services Maroc.


To this end, your main tasks will be:






  • Implement the necessary actions to achieve the defined quantitative and qualitative objectives,


  • Monitor internal indicators and produce complete reports for your Management Unit Manager,


  • Gain commitment from your employees to the company's values, objectives, and directives,


  • Ensure the onboarding of new hires and support the teams, as well as regularly animate the floor,


  • Monitor, evaluate, and support your team by recognizing employee performance and defining areas for improvement based on needs.



Required profile :


With a Bac+2 education (or equivalent) and above, you have a minimum of 3 years of experience in team management within a call center.
 






  • A field-oriented person, you are a good team manager and a good teacher. Thanks to your strong taste for challenges and your results-oriented mindset, you have the ability to manage and mobilize your team to achieve the set goals.

  • Autonomous, dynamic, you enjoy teamwork and you are available and exemplary.

  • Calm, stress-resistant, you have a strong ability to adapt and good judgment.

  • Your professional, relational, and human qualities, your listening skills, your sense of service, and your passion for insurance professions and management will be essential to succeed in your mission.
