We are recruiting, on behalf of one of our clients; a leading company in seed production based in Agadir, an English-speaking Human Resources Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire recruitment process: define needs, post ads, conduct interviews, and select candidates.
- Ensure the onboarding of new employees and support their probation period.
- Administer employee files: contracts, CNSS/pension declarations, social benefits follow-up, absences, and leaves.
- Ensure compliance with the Labor Code and internal policies and procedures.
- Participate in performance management and the follow-up of annual evaluations.
- Identify training needs, propose development actions, and coordinate their implementation.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and the implementation of cross-functional HR projects.
Required profile :
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or higher in Human Resources, management, administration, or a similar field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HR generalist.
- Proficiency in office tools and good knowledge of HRIS.
- Excellent command of English (written and oral).
- Very good knowledge of Moroccan Labor Law.
- Organizational skills, confidentiality, good interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently.
