Job :

We are recruiting, on behalf of one of our clients; a leading company in seed production based in Agadir, an English-speaking Human Resources Specialist.





Responsibilities:





  • Manage the entire recruitment process: define needs, post ads, conduct interviews, and select candidates.

  • Ensure the onboarding of new employees and support their probation period.

  • Administer employee files: contracts, CNSS/pension declarations, social benefits follow-up, absences, and leaves.

  • Ensure compliance with the Labor Code and internal policies and procedures.

  • Participate in performance management and the follow-up of annual evaluations.

  • Identify training needs, propose development actions, and coordinate their implementation.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and the implementation of cross-functional HR projects.




Required profile :

  • Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or higher in Human Resources, management, administration, or a similar field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HR generalist.

  • Proficiency in office tools and good knowledge of HRIS.

  • Excellent command of English (written and oral).

  • Very good knowledge of Moroccan Labor Law.

  • Organizational skills, confidentiality, good interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently.
