Main Mission:
To lead organization projects, support process evolution, ensure quality, and achieve objectives within deadlines and resources.
Missions & Responsibilities:
Organizational Project Management
Gather and analyze business unit needs and formalize specifications.
Structure, plan, and manage organizational projects (process optimization, organization redesign, digitalization, etc.).
Monitor project progress, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure deadlines, costs, and quality are met.
Change Management Support
Prepare and support teams in adopting new processes or tools.
Design and facilitate workshops, training sessions, or communication materials on organizational changes.
Monitoring, Reporting, and Continuous Improvement
Implement monitoring indicators, perform project reporting, and propose corrective actions.
Participate in the continuous improvement of organizational methods and tools.
Required profile :
Significant experience in a similar role.
Good knowledge of organization, project management, process mapping, and change management.
Experience in managing organizational projects.
Rigor, organization, listening skills, and communication skills.
Analytical thinking, ability to work in a team, and to rally people around projects.
Adaptability, autonomy, and proactive approach.
