Job :

Analysis & Consulting:





  • Gathering business needs and writing functional specifications.

  • Proposing optimizations for payroll/accounting/commercial management processes.


Implementation & Migration





  • Configuration of Sage 100 modules (Payroll, Accounting, Commercial Management).

  • Managing migrations: data recovery, testing, go-live, and post-production maintenance.

  • Payroll & Compliance

  • Managing and securing the payroll cycle.

  • Support with tax and social declarations.


Support & Training





  • User assistance (Level 1-2), incident resolution, documentation.

  • Organizing and conducting training on Sage 100 functionalities.


Reporting & Management





  • Creating reports using BI tools/SQL Server.

  • Producing project deliverables: scoping, testing, acceptance reports, user guides.




Required profile :

The candidate must master:





  • Sage 100 Commercial Management

  • Sage Payroll

  • Sage Accounting

  • Sage ECF (Fiscal and Accounting Statements)


Technical skills:





  • Advanced configuration of Sage 100 (Payroll & ERP), migration, and maintenance.

  • Knowledge of tax and social declarations.

  • Very good command of Excel + BI tools / SQL Server.


Behavioral skills





  • Rigor, attention to detail, analytical mind.

  • Adaptability, organization, and teaching ability.


Profile sought





  • Master's degree (Bac+5) in Audit, Finance, Management Control, or Information Systems.

  • More than 2 years of experience with Sage 100.

  • Fluent French, professional Arabic; intermediate English appreciated.


Expected deliverables





  • Scoping and configuration documents.

  • Test plans, acceptance reports.

  • User guides and training materials.

  • Payroll/finance dashboards.


Conditions





  • Permanent contract (CDI)

  • Casablanca / hybrid model

  • Occasional travel as needed by clients
