Your mission will be to manage the evolution of fiber orders across the entire metropolis and DOM-TOM regions!
By acting on the production chain, by taking charge of:
IT issues within your area of activity
Multichannel requests within your scope
• You ensure proactive customer order management by handling blocking issues with clients and IT systems on an ongoing basis.
• You contribute to a positive customer experience by meeting production deadline commitments.
• You inform customers of any changes in delivery conditions.
• You actively participate in the improvement of internal and cross-functional processes to offer our clients a quality journey and a different kind of relationship.

• You enjoy working on technical subjects and easily use computer tools.
• You have a Bac+2 degree in sales or a technical field.
• You have a technical aptitude to manage the fiber commercial orders of our clients.
• You will be supported in your skills development.
• Knowledge of FTTH networks would be a plus.
• The international environment in which Sofrecom operates requires perfect command of French, both written and spoken, and good knowledge of English.
