Job :
Assigned to the non-trading procurement department, your mission is to negotiate the purchase of services while reducing charges and investment costs. Ensure that procurement supports the company's overall strategy in terms of operational efficiency and sustainability.
To do this, your areas of responsibility include:
- Collaborate closely with various internal departments to identify their needs and ensure that purchases meet operational requirements.
- Diversify and expand the supplier base to meet internal needs.
- Launch calls for tenders, analyze proposals, and select suppliers based on cost, quality, and deadline criteria.
- Submit "supplier/service provider" proposals to client departments and challenge their final choice.
- Participate in drafting contracts in collaboration with the legal department.
- Regularly evaluate supplier performance and analyze internal satisfaction levels.
- Monitor new market practices and trends to remain competitive.
- Ensure that purchases comply with current regulations.
- Propose solutions to improve procurement processes and increase the department's efficiency.
Required profile :
With a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Purchasing/Supply Chain, you have over 8 years of proven experience in which you have developed the following skills:
- Ability to anticipate market trends, assess risks, and make strategic decisions.
- Ability to develop and manage a strategy from start to finish.
- Negotiation skills.
- Ability to create and maintain strategic partnerships with suppliers.
Interpersonal and communication skills, and analytical ability are the assets and key success factors for this position.
