Job :
Reporting to the Human Resources department, you will be responsible for the internal communication strategy and the implementation of initiatives related to Employee Experience, in order to strengthen employees' engagement, culture, and sense of belonging.
Internal Communication:
- Define and manage the internal communication strategy
- Create and distribute engaging content
- Support transformation projects
- Ensure the consistency of messages and company culture
Employee Experience
- Design and improve employee journeys
- Manage engagement and quality of life at work initiatives
- Analyze employee feedback
- Work closely with HR teams and managers
Required profile :
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in communication, marketing, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent writing and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of human aspects, company culture, and employee engagement
- Ability to manage cross-functional projects
