Join our dynamic company in the Metallurgy / Steel / AUTOMOTIVE sector as a Delivery Advisor H/F. Based in El Jadida, this strategic position invites you to play a key role in optimizing our delivery flows and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your main goal will be to ensure the fluidity and efficiency of delivery processes, guaranteeing that each order reaches its destination in the best conditions and deadlines. You will actively contribute to the reputation of excellence of our customer service and the strengthening of our commercial partnerships.
Your main tasks will revolve around the following activities:
• Manage and issue vehicle delivery orders (new and used)
• Organize vehicle handover schedules to customers
• Act as the interface between: o Customers: follow-up, information, and satisfaction
o Sales advisors: transmission of sales information
o The workshop: coordination for vehicle preparation and final inspection
• Verify the conformity of vehicles before delivery (documents, equipment, condition)
• Resolve any delivery-related issues
• Keep tracking tables and management tools up to date
Required profile :
You hold a diploma of Bac +2 level (equivalent to a 2-year post-secondary degree), ideally in Sales Administration / After-Sales Service or Commercial / Sales / Export.
Professional experience of 1 to 3 years in similar roles will be a major asset for success in this position. This background will allow you to quickly grasp the challenges of the role.
Must have a good command of the automotive field
- Excellent sense of organization and planning.
- Very good interpersonal skills and a strong sense of customer service.
- Ability to manage unforeseen events with reactivity and professionalism.
- Proficiency in common computer tools (Microsoft Office Suite) and commercial or logistics management software.
- Autonomy, rigor, and teamwork will be essential.
- Familiarity with export concepts would be a plus.
