Join a dynamic company in the Automotive / Motorcycles / Cycles sector as a General Services Manager, a key role based in the vibrant city of Meknes. The main goal of this position is to manage and optimize all of the company's general services. This involves efficiently managing infrastructure, equipment, and support services to ensure a safe, functional, and pleasant working environment. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of processes related to maintenance, internal logistics, and service provision, while managing allocated budgets and ensuring user satisfaction. Your role will be decisive in creating an atmosphere conducive to productivity and innovation.




Your responsibilities will cover a wide range of activities aimed at ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. You will oversee the preventive and corrective maintenance of buildings and equipment, ensuring their proper working condition and compliance with current standards. Managing external service providers, whether for cleaning, security, catering, or maintenance services, will be an integral part of your daily tasks. You will also manage the inventory of supplies, consumables, and materials, and participate in the development and monitoring of budgets dedicated to general services. Part of your mission will be to implement and monitor improvement plans to optimize costs and the quality of services. You will also be responsible for ensuring the application of hygiene and safety rules on all sites under your responsibility.






Required profile :

To excel in this role, a solid academic background is required. A diploma of Bac +5 level or higher is expected, demonstrating a thorough understanding of managerial and operational challenges. Specialization in fields such as Human Resources, Personnel, or Training is particularly appreciated. These areas will have allowed you to develop a service-oriented approach, an awareness of human and organizational aspects, and the ability to manage complex infrastructures and teams. This multidisciplinary training will be a major asset for understanding the diversity of tasks.




We are looking for someone with at least 1 year of significant experience in similar roles or in positions of responsibility in general services management, facilities management, or operational management roles in demanding environments. Experience in the automotive sector or similar industries would be a plus, but we are open to profiles from other sectors as long as they demonstrate proven ability to manage teams, budgets, and cross-functional projects. The important thing is to have an understanding of performance, safety, and employee satisfaction issues.




Beyond your training and experience, several behavioral and technical skills will be decisive for success in this position. Strong organization and the ability to plan and prioritize tasks are essential. Your service-oriented attitude and interpersonal skills will enable you to interact effectively with internal teams, external providers, and management. Rigor in budget management and adherence to procedures will also be a major asset. Good command of computer tools, especially Excel, is essential for monitoring indicators and producing reports. Project management skills and the ability to solve problems autonomously and pragmatically will also be valued. Knowledge of safety and hygiene standards is a prerequisite.
