Job : Communicate and ensure the team's good understanding of store KPIs
Supervise the execution and achievement of performance objectives (KPIs)
Ensure the implementation and monitoring of planograms at points of sale
Guarantee the proper implementation of promotional actions
Ensure rigorous monitoring of sales objectives and turnover
Process and follow up on customer complaints and issues
Ensure reliable and timely transmission and escalation of information
Ensure regular field monitoring of team activities and performance (feet on street)
Implement and maintain operational excellence (procedures, policies, SOPs)
Develop an effective tour planning and organize visit cycles
Develop and update a relevant and structured customer database
Manage the team of Merchandisers

Required profile :

Higher or Basic Diploma in sales & marketing, with 3-5 Years’ or more experience in the FMCG Industry as a sales representative
