Join our rapidly growing accounting and audit firm as a Key Account Manager, and actively participate in the development of our international client portfolio.
This role is for a professional focused on hunting and business development, capable of structuring a telephone prospecting approach, turning opportunities into signed contracts, and building lasting relationships with B2B clients.
Main missions:
- Develop and manage a portfolio of B2B clients (SMEs, startups, subsidiaries, international groups).
- Conduct active telephone prospecting (cold calling, lead qualification, appointment setting).
- Identify prospect needs and propose suitable solutions in accounting, audit, tax, and consulting.
- Negotiate commercial terms, ensure contract closing and follow-up.
- Retain key accounts and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (chartered accountants, auditors, tax advisors) to ensure the quality of services.
- Monitor commercial performance indicators and provide regular reporting.
- Contribute to the firm's visibility in the Moroccan, French, Belgian, and Canadian markets.
Required profile :
- Higher education degree (Bac +4 / Bac +5) in commerce, sales, management, or finance.
- Proven experience of 5 to 10 years in a B2B sales role, ideally in professional services (accounting firm, audit, consulting, finance, insurance, IT services, etc.).
- Demonstrated experience in telephone prospecting and client portfolio development.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to understand technical offers and translate them into clear value propositions for the client.
- Strong results-oriented approach and autonomy in work organization.
- Very good oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in French is essential; English is a plus.
