Job :
Under the supervision of the Senior Manager of Financial Admissions & Operations, you will actively contribute to the management of Market and Financial Operations activities, in compliance with current procedures and regulations.
Your missions will be to:
- Participate in the management of listings, issuances of various types of bonds, cash capital increases, mergers and acquisitions, and public offerings
- Participate in the management of other Financial Operations (e.g. Capital reduction, dividend payments, interest coupon payments, bonus share issues, nominal value increases, nominal value splitting "SPLIT", share consolidation,...)
- Participate in the management of delistings and share operations
- Participate in the monitoring and updating of listed bonds: interest coupon payments, capital amortization, interest rate revisions, and delisting of listed bonds
- Participate in the monitoring of administrative files for listed companies, existing brokerage firms, and new brokerage firms
- Contact, inform, and raise awareness among Market stakeholders about the management, administrative monitoring, and regulatory obligations of files
- Annually update the listing compartments
- Manage requests for transfers of listed companies from one compartment to another
- Update the database concerning listed companies (e.g. appointments, financial indicators...) and attend issuer results presentations
- Provide support for the project ownership of applications used in the course of your activity
- Monitor liquidity contracts for shares of companies listed on the stock exchange
- Prepare and issue invoices for annual listing fees for listed securities
- Manage activities related to Market stakeholders and those of your entity
- Study and propose improvements to the regulatory framework for Financial Operations
- Participate in the execution of your entity's projects
Required profile :
- Higher education in Financial Markets, Financial Management, or equivalent
- Proven experience in a regulated and structured environment
- Analytical skills, rigor, and ability to work in a team
- Proficiency in reporting tools and good understanding of market mechanisms
