The missions:
• Manage and follow up on claims files from start to finish (declaration, investigation, compensation).
• Analyze guarantees and assist clients in their procedures.
• Negotiate with insurance companies to defend the interests of policyholders.
• Ensure legal and regulatory monitoring of claims and insurance.
• Optimize claims management processes and propose improvements.
• Supervise and manage claims teams.
• Lead and monitor the activity of various departments to achieve set objectives.
Required profile :
Profile sought:
• Training in insurance, law, or risk management.
• Significant experience in claims management (brokerage firm, insurance company, etc.).
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
