We are recruiting for one of our clients, a major player in the automotive sector, a Recruitment and Training Officer to strengthen its Human Resources team.
Tasks:
Write and publish job offers on various platforms.
Ensure sourcing, pre-selection, and telephone pre-qualification of candidates.
Conduct interviews and assess technical and behavioral skills.
Write HR reports and follow up on applications.
Schedule appointments and organize the entire recruitment process.
Use job boards and professional networks to optimize recruitment.
Identify employee training needs and propose suitable plans.
Organize, schedule, and monitor internal and external training sessions.
Ensure administrative and budgetary follow-up of training activities.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training and propose continuous improvements.
Required profile :
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree (Bac+3/5) in Human Resources Management.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (recruitment and/or training).
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Good knowledge of sourcing tools, professional networks, and job boards.
