Job :

As part of strengthening its governance and securing its activities, LOCAMED is recruiting a Legal Manager whose objective is to provide the company with a structured internal legal function, capable of ensuring legal compliance, securing decisions, and managing legal risks related to its activity.




Through this recruitment, the company aims to:





  • Centralize and professionalize legal procedures with the relevant authorities (Labor Inspectorate, local administrations, public bodies).

  • Ensure rigorous management of disciplinary procedures, in compliance with the current legal framework.

  • Guarantee the follow-up and validity of authorizations, declarations, and official files, as well as the continuous updating of legal documents.

  • Prevent administrative sanctions through proactive management of controls, inspections, and regulatory obligations.

  • Bring internal practices into compliance with applicable legislation.

  • Provide legal assistance to General Management in decision-making and risk management.

  • Secure contractual relationships through review, protection of sensitive clauses, and monitoring of contractual deadlines.

  • Ensure coordination with notaries, lawyers, and administrations, and legally represent the company when necessary.


Required profile :

To succeed in this role, we are looking for a candidate with:





  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in law (business law, private law, commercial law, etc.)

  • 4 to 6 years of experience, ideally in a structured company


Technical skills:





  • Master's degree in business law / private law / labor law

  • Additional training in labor law highly appreciated

  • Good knowledge of Moroccan law and administrative practice

  • Ability to apply law in an operational context
