Job :
MAIN ACTIVITIES
- Ensure effective and optimized piloting and monitoring of project budget, cost, and deadlines:
-Track project progress against deadlines and budget.
-Monitor expenses and ensure budget adherence.
-Identify discrepancies, resolve any issues, and adjust the project plan if necessary.
-Organize progress meetings (reporting, project committee, steering committee, etc.).
- Define functional requirements with stakeholders and develop specifications and schedules
- Manage interdependencies and potential conflicts between projects.
- Support users and stakeholders in change management
- Ensure relevant risk assessment, raise alerts at the right time, and plan backup solutions.
- Ensure effective resource management by coordinating internal and external resources (Architects, CISO, industrial integrators, maintenance, production, external suppliers) to ensure project success.
- Act as the interface between IT, business units, general management, and partners.
- Ensure effective monitoring of performance indicators (KPIs) in SAFRAN's project management tools
- Oversee the SAFRAN project methodology
- Lead the update of project documents and validate the quality of deliverables
Required profile :
- Master's degree (Master of Science) in Engineering or equivalent from a university or engineering school
- Prince2 / PMP / Agile (Scrum Master) certification
- Significant experience in project management (5 years minimum)
- Good command of project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Redmine, etc.)
- Strong communication, organization, and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Good knowledge of IT security, risk management, and compliance.
- Proven team management skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills to act as the interface between IT, business units, general management, and partners.
- Ability to manage stress and unexpected events
- May be an asset for the position:
- Experience with SCADA, PLC, Industrial IoT, MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems DELMIA APRISO), MCS (Manufacturing Control System PTC Thingsworks) systems.
- Experience in an industrial environment. Experience in the aeronautics sector would be a plus.
