At ADM Value, we are hiring a Process Manager to support a project involving customer service, insurance management and sales, as well as online training activities.
You will join a large-scale setup: a project launch that will grow rapidly. In this context, your role is central to building clear, efficient processes adapted to real-world situations, ensuring the quality, performance, and stability of operations.
Your role: structure work methods, optimize management workflows, and support teams in applying processes.
Your missions
- Formalizing procedures
• Write and update operating procedures.
• Formalize management and sales procedures.
• Create flowcharts and structure processing workflows.
- Operational optimization
• Analyze processing times and the actual performance of teams.
• Identify unnecessary or inefficient steps.
• Simplify and streamline operational workflows.
• Configure tools: CRM, workflows, and scripts.
- Team support
• Explain new processes to operational teams.
• Support change and facilitate their implementation.
• Intervene in case of blockages or operational difficulties.
- Impact monitoring
• Measure gains in productivity, quality, and deadlines.
• Monitor the effectiveness of implemented processes.
• Report to the Quality & Process Manager
Required profile :
You are structured, analytical, and focused on continuous improvement.
• Mandatory experience in process management in a call center.
• Very good level of French, spoken and written.
• Ability to analyze an activity and propose concrete improvements.
• Excellent command of computer tools.
• Ability to structure, formalize, and document.
• Sense of organization and rigor.
• Ability to support teams and facilitate the application of processes.
Experience in insurance is a plus.
