We are looking for a Senior Legal Consultant for Market Engineering and Contracts (IMC) to join the Group Legal Department. If you are motivated and wish to evolve in a stimulating environment where your legal skills will make a difference, then this opportunity is for you!
Your mission:
As a Senior IMC Legal Consultant, you will be a true strategic legal partner, bringing your expertise and analytical skills to the various Business Units (BU) and subsidiaries.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Supporting and advising BUs and subsidiaries in structuring and implementing their projects.
• Identifying, anticipating, and alerting on legal and contractual risks related to projects and contracts.
• Ensuring proactive legal and regulatory monitoring to anticipate legislative changes impacting the bank's activity.
• Guaranteeing the compliance of processes and contractual documents with current standards.
• Actively contributing to the bank's structuring projects.
• Training and supervising employees on contractual legal risks related to the activity.
Required profile :
• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Law (Private Law, Business Law...). You have 10 years of experience, ideally in banking, consulting firms, or law firms...
• You have excellent command of capital markets law, financial law, banking law, contract law...
• You have a strong analytical and synthesis skills.
• You have excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• You are dynamic, rigorous, autonomous, and have good interpersonal skills.
• You have the ability to support, train, and supervise employees.
