During this experience, you will be involved in various missions, including:
Participation in the recruitment process: sourcing, pre-qualification, interview organization.
Contribution to administrative personnel management: file tracking, payroll preparation.
Support in deploying training activities: logistical organization, registration tracking.
Participation in cross-functional HR projects according to team priorities.

Required profile :
For this internship, an educational level of Master's degree (Bac +5) or higher is required, ideally with a specialization in Human Resources, Personnel, or Training.
A first experience, even of 1 year, in Human Resources or a similar role would be a considerable asset for quickly understanding the proposed missions.
We are looking for someone with great curiosity, valuable diligence, and excellent interpersonal skills. The ability to work in a team, demonstrate autonomy in assigned tasks, and good command of standard computer tools (Office Suite) are also essential qualities. Good written and oral communication skills will be a plus.
