Reporting to the asset management department, the Asset Manager's main responsibilities are:

Asset Management:

• 
  Receiving assets and verifying the conformity of deliveries;


• 
  Assigning assets according to purchase requests and expressed needs;


• 
  Monitoring the registration of data in the management system;


• 
  Monitoring the asset tagging mission;


• 
  Generating inventory sheets;


• 
  Tracking assets (movement, repair, disposal... etc.);


• 
  Organizing write-off and disposal sales;


• 
  Updating and maintaining daily inventory statements and presenting weekly statements related to movements, acquisitions, disposals...;


• 
  Carrying out inventory operations (planning, execution, and reconciliation);


• 
  Planning deliveries and coordinating with suppliers (Furniture and safes);


• 
  Managing internal deliveries;


• 
  Managing after-sales service for assets (IT equipment);

  Reporting on activity.

Inventory Management:

• 
  Establishing inventory tracking statements for each asset category;

  Monitoring stock levels and triggering purchase request processes;

  Bachelor's degree + Master's degree in accounting, finance, asset management, or related field.

  4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role
