Job :
- Ensure the legal and ethical integrity of the Beaumanoir Group through the application of internal policies.
- Ensure that all suppliers, factories, and partners of the Beaumanoir Group correctly follow rules and regulations (Human Rights, Health & Safety, Environment).
- Conduct audits in new factories for their qualification/authorization before production starts, using the GB internal audit methodology.
- Perform regular audits in active factories to check the level of compliance, support the implementation of corrective action plans, and train suppliers & factories.
- Coordinate external audit systems for the area (ICS & Worldly Higg):
- Database updates
- Audit planning, results analysis, and action plan follow-up
- Collection of environmental data for key factories
Required profile :
Skills & Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of the textile industry highly appreciated
- Experience in a purchasing office is a plus
- Good command of Arabic, French, and English, both spoken and written
- University degree
- Knowledge of social and environmental standards such as: ICS, BSCI, SA8000, Higg environmental and social audits, fire safety audits
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency in computer tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint...)
- Qualities sought: integrity, open-mindedness, impartiality, autonomy, team spirit, strong motivation
- Languages: English, French, and Arabic
- Driving license required
