As a seasoned practitioner, you’ll be at the forefront of driving continuous improvement, collaborating with diverse teams to exceed customer expectations. Your day will be filled with dynamic interactions, strategic planning, and the rewarding challenge of making the impossible possible.
How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Partner with Lean Program Managers to craft frameworks, governance, and best practices for continuous improvement.
  • Lead strategic planning for Lean transformation roadmaps across multiple business units.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to weave Lean principles into business objectives.
  • Coach leaders and teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
What You Bring
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a technical field, coupled with Project Management experience.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification (preferably Black Belt) and hands-on experience with related tools and methodologies.
  • Expertise in Continuous Improvement and Technical Quality Management, including Root Cause Analysis.
  • Familiarity with Quality Management Standards like ISO 9001.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and collaborative, with excellent communication skills and a willingness to travel globally. Fluency in English required; German is a plus.

Our Gas Services division is dedicated to providing low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. We bring together all gas turbines, steam turbines, and generators under one roof, offering zero or low emission power generation. Our team is committed to exploring decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
