Join a major player in the oil sector as an Assistant Warehouse Manager. You will work at the heart of our operations in Tantan, actively contributing to the fluidity and efficiency of our logistics chain.

Your role will be crucial in the daily management of the warehouse, ensuring the reception, storage, and dispatch of materials in compliance with safety and quality standards. You will participate in optimizing flows and maintaining accurate inventory to support the company's overall performance.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Supervising the reception and checking of incoming goods.


• Organizing and optimizing warehouse layout for efficient space management.


• Managing material dispatch, ensuring order compliance.


• Contributing to maintaining inventory records and participating in physical inventories.


• Ensuring strict adherence to safety procedures and equipment maintenance.


• Collaborating with different departments to anticipate needs and ensure resource availability.


• Participating in the training and supervision of warehouse teams.

A Bac +2 (equivalent to a 2-year college degree) is required, ideally in ELECTROMECHANICS, to understand the technical and logistical challenges of the position.

Significant experience, between 5 and 10 years, in warehouse management or similar roles in the industrial sector, is expected.

We are looking for someone with excellent organizational skills, great rigor, and the ability to manage priorities. A good understanding of logistics flows and stock management techniques is essential. Team management skills and problem-solving abilities will be valuable assets. Perfect mastery of computer tools related to stock management is also necessary.
