Reporting to the Transformation and Performance Management Department, you will play a key role in collecting, processing, and ensuring the reliability of operational and financial data to support decision-making processes within the university. In close collaboration with technical and operational teams, you will be responsible for identifying and exploiting levers for improvement, while ensuring the quality and relevance of the data. Your main responsibilities will be as follows:
- Collect, structure, and ensure the reliability of data from multiple sources (internal systems, external databases, surveys, etc.);
- Analyze data to detect discrepancies, anomalies, and optimization opportunities;
- Develop, automate, and maintain advanced data processing and analysis models;
- Implement reference analytical matrices to facilitate academic and financial analysis;
- Identify trends and build predictive models to anticipate changes;
- Actively participate in the continuous improvement of data management and exploitation processes;
- Create, enrich, and update interactive reports and dashboards (particularly using Power BI);
- Identify and design new Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with strategic objectives;
- Document and update tracked KPIs, ensuring their consistency and relevance;
- Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders, particularly during meetings and presentations, to share analyses and recommendations;
- Contribute to technological watch on data analysis tools and methods, in order to propose innovative solutions;
- Support internal users on analysis tools and understanding reports;

Required profile :
Profile sought:
Education: Master's degree (Bac+5) obtained after higher education in computer science, statistics, engineering school, or management school, with a specialization in computer science or management control.
Professional Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a similar role.
Skills:
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL; knowledge of Python and Microsoft Fabric is a plus.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze and understand data, identification and design of relevant KPIs, data quality assessment.
Project Management and Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate on cross-functional projects, communicate effectively with stakeholders during meetings and presentations, train and support internal users.
Soft skills: Analytical mindset, teamwork, rigor, communication skills, ability to propose solutions, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
Technological Watch: Interest in research and integration of new data analysis tools and methods to propose innovative solutions.
