Job :
As a Last Mile Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring an optimal delivery experience for our customers, by ensuring the performance and reliability of the service. Your tasks include:
- Managing delivery activity: ensuring daily tracking of delivery flows and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Adjusting resources and means: planning and adjusting staff and vehicles according to operational needs and volumes.
- Implementing and monitoring KPIs: defining, analyzing, and tracking last mile performance indicators (deadlines, success rate, customer satisfaction, costs).
- Managing specific flows: supervising the delivery process, from payment to delivery and managing returns to the store.
Required profile :
- Education: Associate's degree to Bachelor's degree (Bac+2 to Bac+3) in logistics, supply chain, transport, or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years in operational logistics management, ideally in e-commerce or retail.

- Good command of logistics management tools and KPI tracking.
