Job :
• Welcome customers, embodying the company's image;
• Offer a personalized welcome service based on the customer's expectations and profile;
• Provide information on the brand's vehicles;
• Handle telephone calls concerning products and services, ensuring clear communication;
• Direct visitors to their contacts (sales, after-sales services, etc.) or meeting rooms according to their needs;
• Manage appointments, customer registration, and coordinate schedules;
• Alert relevant departments in case of problems or specific situations at the reception.
Required profile :
• BAC+2/3 (Associate's or Bachelor's degree) in reception, communication, commerce, or hospitality.
• You have significant experience in reception or a similar role.
• Training in automotive or a passion for luxury vehicles is a plus.
• Good oral French proficiency.
