Your role will be to provide employees with the material resources necessary for their activity, in compliance with legislation, current standards
and taking into account budgetary constraints.
You will be the point of contact to meet the needs of your internal clients, so that they can work in a pleasant work environment.
Ensure the day-to-day management of the Accenture building within the Accenture Workplace Solutions department and participate in
different projects within the department.
Your Responsibilities:
- Preferred point of contact for internal clients, Workplace teams, and service providers
- Ensure the implementation of measures relating to compliance with HSE requirements
- Ensure the quality of the work environment
- Building management of different sites in Rabat
- Management of private and common maintenance (in relation with the manager)
- Services management (management of contracts and service providers: staff canteen, facilities, maintenance…).
- Works management: preparation of quotes, monitoring and acceptance of works
- Logistics management (cleaning, Facilities, room layout, etc...).
- Periodic verification of the proper application of contracts in compliance with the expected level of service
- Review and improvement of internal procedures to optimize services
- Preparation and monitoring of budgets for the different sites
- Proposal for improvements to premises and facilities
- Maintenance and monitoring of dashboards for actions to be taken
- Management and optimization of spaces dedicated to projects
- Inform internal clients: new services, incidents, changes…
- Participate at the local level in the deployment of local or national projects
Required profile :
Your Knowledge / Skills / Qualities:
- By nature, you are participative, you enjoy teamwork, your rigor and dynamism will be assets
- Good interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management
- Good technical knowledge in the building sector
- Fluent English desired
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
- Holder of a Bac+5 engineering degree in building maintenance or equivalent
- Similar experience of minimum 5 years.
