Main Mission:
As part of the development of our automotive brand, we are looking for an Operational Marketing Manager capable of leading and deploying all field actions: street marketing, BTL activations, events, product launches, and network visibility operations.
You will be responsible for the operational execution of the marketing strategy and its field impact on brand awareness and sales.





Responsibilities:
1. Activation & Street Marketing
• Design and deploy innovative street marketing campaigns (roadshows, caravans, urban test drives, pop-up displays).
• Organize activation operations in shopping malls, premium areas, and strategic neighborhoods.
• Manage animation teams and field agencies.
• Handle logistics (vehicles, POS materials, permits, scheduling, staffing).
2. Automotive Events
• Supervise the launch of new models/brands.
• Coordinate press, influencer, and partner events.
• Manage participation in car shows and trade fairs.
• Organize test-drive events and open house days at dealerships.
3. Performance Management & Monitoring
• Define KPIs (leads generated, showroom traffic, test drives completed, conversions).
• Monitor operational budgets and optimize the ROI of actions.
• Produce detailed post-event reports.
4. Internal & Network Coordination
• Close collaboration with sales teams and the dealer network.





Required profile :


Profile Sought:
• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Marketing and/or Communication
• Proven experience of at least 5 years in operational marketing, ideally in the automotive or FMCG sector
• Excellent command of event and field activation organization
• Strong negotiation skills with service providers and suppliers
• Keen sense for field operations, dynamism, and results-oriented
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• National mobility required
