Your main tasks are:

• Provide technical support to technicians at the branches assigned to you.


• Follow up on technical support requests sent to the manufacturer and closely monitor recurring issues.


• Ensure the availability of tools needed for repairs at the branches assigned to you.


• Travel to some fleet customers to perform on-site repairs.

With a Bac+2 (equivalent to a 2-year post-secondary degree) in Specialized Technician in Mechanical Maintenance or equivalent, and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the automotive sector. You should have a good command of the following skills:
