Job :

As part of this role, your main responsibilities will include:





  • Identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions

  • Developing B2B sales through a consultative selling approach

  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty

  • Maintaining brand standards and service quality

  • Using CRM tools and following internal procedures




Required profile :

Profile looking for:





  • Experience in customer service and/or B2B sales is preferred

  • Motivated junior candidates with strong commercial sense are encouraged to apply

  • Excellent written and spoken French & English

  • Strong customer service skills and ease in building relationships

  • Results-oriented with a commercial mindset

  • Ability to thrive in a demanding international context

  • Availability to work night shifts
