Job :
As part of our development, we are recruiting an HR/HRIS intern who will actively participate in the following tasks:
- Writing and publishing job and internship offers
- Participation in the recruitment process (pre-selection of applications, telephone interviews, organizing interviews...)
- Administrative management of staff (data entry, absence tracking, contract management, health insurance follow-up...)
- Monitoring and updating HRIS tools
- Participation in various cross-functional projects (training, employer branding...)
Required profile :
Student in Bac +5 (Master, University or Business School with HR specialization)
Good interpersonal and writing skills
Rigor, organization, sense of confidentiality
Good command of Office suite
Dynamism, proactivity, and willingness to learn
