Job :
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the development and construction project of the UIM campus, from the study phase to delivery and commissioning.
He/She ensures compliance with cost, deadline, quality, and regulatory conformity objectives, and participates in the structuring of the local technical organization.
Campus Development:
- Participate with the Infrastructure Pole Management in the supervision and coordination of technical studies and works consultations;
- Ensure the follow-up of the various stakeholders (Architect, OPC/BET, IGT, Laboratory, Companies, etc.) as well as the entities concerned by the project;
- Ensure the follow-up, control, and reporting of the progress of studies and works;
- Ensure compliance with deadlines, allocated costs, and contractual requirements;
- Participate in the administrative and financial management of contracts;
- Anticipate and manage technical and regulatory risks related to the project.
- Participate with the director in the supervision and coordination of studies, technical aspects, and works consultations,
- Ensure follow-up with the various stakeholders (Architect, OPC/BET, IGT, Laboratory, Companies...) as well as the UIR entities concerned by construction projects,
- Ensure the follow-up, control, and reporting of the progress of studies and works,
- Ensure compliance with deadlines and allocated costs and the requirements of the specifications,
- Participate in the administrative management of works with the Director,
Work Supervision:
- Ensure overall operational site management in compliance with contractual commitments and objectives set by the Pole Management;
- Coordinate all companies, the project owner's representative, the OPC, and the design offices to ensure technical consistency and respect for interfaces between lots;
- Ensure the proper organization of the site (detailed schedule, sequencing, coactivity, access management, safety) and the optimization of phasing;
- Monitor the physical and financial progress of the works, analyze discrepancies, and propose necessary corrective actions;
- Check the conformity of the executed works with the approved studies, contractual requirements, and current regulations;
- Approve work progress reports, analyze requests for modifications, and handle any technical disputes;
- Actively participate in site meetings and technical coordination meetings, acting as an arbitrator and decision-maker when necessary;
- Anticipate technical, organizational, or scheduling risks that could impact project delivery and implement appropriate security measures;
- Oversee the testing, commissioning, and adjustment of technical installations in coordination with the operations teams;
- Organize and manage pre-handover operations, coordinate the resolution of punch list items, and secure delivery within contractual deadlines;
- Guarantee the quality of delivered works and their compliance with operational and maintenance requirements.
Preparation and Structuring of Technical Operations:
- Integrate operational and maintenance requirements from the construction phase;
- Participate in technical choices impacting performance, durability, and operational costs;
- Organize the transition between the construction phase and the operational phase;
- Ensure the completeness of as-built documents and regulatory documents;
- Participate in setting up maintenance contracts.
- Supervise local technical operations teams;
- Participate in the recruitment of technical profiles;
- Establish operational procedures (preventive and corrective maintenance, regulatory monitoring, incident management);
- Structure technical monitoring and management tools;
- Support the skills development of local teams.
- Manage the direction's projects entrusted to him/her.
Cross-functional Missions:
- Represent the infrastructure pole at the Marrakech site;
- Provide regular reporting to the Infrastructure Pole Management;
- Participate in steering committees;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Infrastructure Pole's methods and procedures.
Required profile :
With a Master's degree (Bac + 5) from an Engineering School specializing in Civil Engineering or Building, you have a minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in real estate project management, including significant client-side responsibilities.
Experience in the commissioning of real estate assets or in supervising technical teams is a significant asset.
Technical Skills:
• Construction project management with a multidisciplinary team;
• Mastery of all building trades (Tous Corps d’États);

• Knowledge of ERP and safety regulations;
• Proficiency in computer tools: Autocad, Revit, BIM, MS Project, and office software;
