Job :

We are recruiting an Administrative Supervisor to ensure the smooth running and follow-up of administrative activities.




Main tasks:





  • Manage and process orders related to general resources.

  • Organize, plan, and coordinate meetings.

  • Participate in the organization of internal and external events.

  • Ensure the follow-up, control, and processing of supplier invoices.

  • Issue credit notes and manage purchase requests.

  • Check and monitor expense reports and the planning of business trips.

  • Prepare, enter, and track purchase orders using the Odoo ERP system.




Required profile :

Profile sought:





  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in management, administration, or equivalent.

  • First experience in a similar administrative role desired.

  • Good command of office tools; knowledge of Odoo is a plus.

  • Rigor, sense of organization, and good interpersonal skills.
