to ensure the performance of Sofrecom Service Maroc.
Your role
Reporting to the sales administration manager, your mission is to manage the entire billing process for service contracts for our clients in Morocco and France from start to finish.
Main activities
With the support of our billing experts, you will handle the entire billing process for a specific scope:
- Receive billing requests
- Verify billing requests in accordance with orders
- Create invoices in the tracking file
- Issue client invoices
- Record and track issued invoices
Required profile :
- You are pursuing a Bac+3/Bac+5 degree in administrative and financial management.
- You have a strong sense of organization and confidentiality.
- You have good interpersonal skills and are versatile.
- You are meticulous and know how to manage priorities and deadlines.
- You are comfortable working in an international environment.
- You have excellent command of the Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
