We are actively looking for an Executive Assistant reporting to the General Manager. Their tasks will include:
- Organizing the General Management's schedule; - Handling physical and telephone reception of internal and external contacts; - Scheduling appointments; - Processing postal and electronic mail; - Monitoring the circulation of approval slips; - Responding to information requests from other departments and external parties; - Organizing meetings and their logistics; - Taking charge of the logistical aspects for the General Management (managing office supply stock, photocopier, etc.); - Filing, pre-archiving documents
Required profile :
Educated to Bac+2 / Bac+3 level (2-year or 3-year post-secondary education) in business management or equivalent; Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role; Proficiency in oral and written communication techniques (French mandatory and English desirable); General knowledge of administrative management and secretarial techniques; Proficiency in Word, Excel, PPT, and messaging tools.
