We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Prospecting Manager to join our team. You will play a key role in identifying and acquiring strategic real estate for our company. You will be responsible for researching, evaluating, and negotiating real estate opportunities in target areas.
Your main tasks will be:
Prospecting: Search for Available Land and Properties
Identify and locate land and properties available for purchase or sale.
Use various tools and technologies to identify potential properties.
Travel to Target Areas and Visit Properties
Travel regularly to the field to explore target areas.
Evaluate the condition of properties through on-site visits.
Monitoring: Constant Tracking of Opportunities
Conduct continuous monitoring to stay informed about new market listings.
Monitor changes in urban planning and local regulations.
Research Through Various Marketing Channels
Use various marketing channels to find opportunities.
Analyze real estate market trends to identify the best deals.
Contact owners to discuss interest in purchasing.
Prepare and present purchase offers, while gathering the necessary documentation.
Building and Maintaining a Database and Tracking Opportunities
Create and maintain a database of prospected properties.
Track opportunities and update information in real-time.
Required profile :
- Knowledge of Administrative Status of Real Estate: You have a solid understanding of the legal and tax aspects of real estate transactions and can interpret cadastral maps and urban planning documents.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills, you are comfortable interacting with owners and stakeholders and can build lasting professional relationships.
- Mobility and Availability: You are flexible to travel frequently, even at unconventional hours, and are responsive to new opportunities.
- Organization, Rigor, and Synthesis Skills: You manage multiple files simultaneously with precision and have analytical skills to synthesize complex information.
- Negotiation Skills and Persuasion Ability: You have a talent for negotiation and know how to convince owners and other stakeholders of the value of your proposals.
