Your role will be to ensure the profitability and growth of our franchised outlets, while guaranteeing an exceptional customer experience and adherence to brand standards. You will be responsible for the overall performance of the network and the satisfaction of our franchise partners.

Your main missions will include:

• Supervise and manage the network of franchisees to achieve commercial and quality objectives.


• Define and implement franchise development strategies.


• Ensure the financial and operational monitoring of units, identifying areas for improvement.


• Train and support franchisees in the daily management of their establishments.


• Ensure compliance with the brand's standards regarding quality, hygiene, and presentation.


• Analyze performance and propose corrective action plans.


• Manage relationships with various partners and suppliers.

A Bachelor's degree +4 years of higher education is required for this position.

Significant experience, ranging from 5 to 20 years, is essential. This experience must have been acquired in the Distribution sector, and more specifically in the Hotel/Restaurant industry, with a strong focus on network management or franchise development.
